| What documents are needed in order to register a club? |

Forms needed for club registration can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Youth and Sport. Also, you can find examples how to prepare required documents (Decisions of Parliament, Licenses etc.)

| How can I apply for receiving budget funds? |
|
In October of each calendar year it is necessary to submit proposal on financing National branch association, through which General interests of state in the field of sport will be realized. Programs are submitted through Sport Association of Serbia that firstly process, put together and propose programs for financing by the Ministry of Youth and Sport. Required application forms can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry.

| Does government finance all associations registered in the Ministry of Youth and Sport? |

No. Ministry of Youth and Sport deals with Categorization of Sport, athletes and sport experts. Sport are divided into four groups, and only one national branch association per one sport is recognized.

| Does the Ministry finance scholarships of athletes? |
|
Yes. Depending on the sport category, association has a claim to certain number of scholarships. Scholars are selected into three categories: meritorious athletes, international class athletes and national class athletes.

| Are associations having scholarships in obligation to submit reports about expenditures to the Ministry? |

Yes. For all resources received from the Ministry both for programs and scholarships, and camps, it is OBLIGATORY to account for resources. Every association signes a contract with the Ministry that regulates rights and obligations of budget beneficiary before transmission of funds.

| Who has a claim to National sport awards and prizes? |
|
Regulation on national sport awards and prizes regulates what results have to be achieved in which Sport in order to become a beneficiary of funds.

Yes. According to the Categorization of Sport, National branch associations have rights to use certain number of full board, financed by the Ministry,

| Is there any program of military service for athletes? |

Yes. Ministry closely cooperates with the Army of Serbia and this issue is regulated by regulation on military service of professional athletes.
